SMS / Text Messaging

With your consent, we send transactional SMS text messages about your booked trip. For example, when your driver is on the way, has arrived, or is running late. Message frequency varies. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in) is used solely to deliver your ride-status messages and is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
