By opting into SMS from a web form, at booking, or through another medium, you agree to receive SMS text messages from U Transportation LLC. This page describes those messages and your choices.

Types of Messages

You will receive transactional ride-status notifications related to your booked transportation, such as:

• Notice that your driver is on the way to your pickup.
• Notice that your driver has arrived at your pickup location.
• Notice that your driver is running late, with an estimated delay.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary and depends on the trips you have booked.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt back in by replying START.
